Outlets: 60 Seconds on Film, The Cheap Seats
Demetri Ravanos has worked in radio since he was 15, which made his BA in Film from the University of Alabama a real waste of paper until he launched the nationally syndicated show “60 Seconds on Film” in the fall of 2011. The show is a one-minute movie review segment currently aired on 19 stations all over the country. Despite the fact that Demetri has seen and enjoyed black and white movies you’ve never heard of, he still maintains that Wayne’s World is the finest film ever made. The folks that dole out the film degrees at the University of Alabama aren’t too thrilled about that either.
